Shipping & Delivery

Flat rate shipping fee is R120.00 for anywhere in South Africa. We ship with The Courier Guy and use Pudo Locker to Locker delivery at R80.

Delivery costs are covered by the Customer before shipping.

 

Please be advised that should you use the Pudo Locker to Locker delivery and fail to collect on time, we as Delicate Crafts are NOT responsible for the arrangement of another delivery option.

That will be for the Customer to sort out.

Please ensure that your delivery options are convenient for you as we are unable to redirect parcels once the order has been dispatched.

You will be notified via email once your parcel has been sent and given a tracking number. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with everything they buy from us. So we are more than happy to accept a return on most of the goods purchased from us in exchange for a refund.

We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us order @delicate.crafts. co.za or info@delicatecrafts.co.za .We will need the item(s) to be returned in 7 days .

To better assist please provide full details as to why you are returning the item(s) back.

Certain items, which are perishable (including but not limited to inflated balloons and confectionary), personalised or bespoke products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product unless they are faulty or damaged.

Please report shortage or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your parcel. Queries placed outside of this timeframe may not qualify for a refund.

Once we have determined that it is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by transit we will begin the replacement process.

Faq

How do I return an item?

Please report shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your parcel.

We will need the items to be returned in 7 (seven) days.

Custom designed orders /products that include personalised names on item may not be exchanged.

We only exchange on goods that are classified as faulty.

Pudo Locker to Locker delivery takes 3-5 business days. 

The Courier Guy takes 3- 5 business days from Outer Lying Regional Areas and Main City Areas 2-3 working days.

Please be advised lead times may be longer during the busy December month.

We only accept EFT payments.

Please send Order ID as your reference when making the payment. Once payment has been cleared in our account we will process your order.

Yes, for items like our party packs, chocolate wrappers, chip bags, sweet packs, party boxes and water bottle labels.
